The Team
Mike Dash
I am a Full Stack Software Engineer with over a decade of experience turning ideas into real-world applications. I’ve helped businesses of all sizes develop modern websites, build mobile apps, and migrate systems to the cloud with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a broad range of technologies and industries, with an emphasis on web and mobile development. Currently my work blends front-end polish with robust back-end systems, bringing together the technical and the intuitive.
Education & Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (2012) and a Professional MBA from the University at Buffalo (2018). Both stand as my foundational edge in technology and business strategy.
Outside of Work
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, I am a lifelong Bills and Sabres fan with a deep love for the outdoors especially hiking in the Adirondack High Peaks. An entrepreneur at heart, I have a longstanding passion for helping small businesses succeed with technology. At home, my wife and I enjoy life with our two cats, Astro and Felix, corgi Gendry, and 2 young sons.
Rodney Montgomery
I’m a real estate and commercial photographer with over 10 years of experience. Having completed thousands of shoots throughout the United States, I bring a unique perspective based crafted from travel and experience to every project.
Beyond the camera I’ve helped train new photographers, refine workflows, and build scalable systems for national photography operations. Whether capturing stunning visuals or designing clean, compelling layouts, my focus is on helping businesses strengthen their commercial presence and tell their story with style and clarity.

Beyond the Lens
Based in Colden, NY, but rarely at home, I’m a lifelong explorer with a passion for travel. Raised in West Seneca, I’ve been to cities across the U.S. and bring that sense of adventure to everything I do. When not using my camera (a rare occurrence) I enjoy hockey, long walks, video games, and movies. I studied film at the University at Buffalo before launching my photography career in Las Vegas, a city I remain deeply passionate about.
